Display deactivated mirroring information on Project Page

Proposal

When mirroring is enabled on a repository, but the license has expired, the Pull mirroring status on the project page disappears.

Instead of vanishing completely from the project page, a status to communicate that it is suspended (for example) would be ideal. The same way we show an error when Pull mirroring is deactivated in the settings page
