Support mindmaps with the latest mermaid release
Proposal
Mermaid supports mindmaps since the 9.2.0 update, released on November the 1st. As of Gitlab 15.7.0-pre, the Wiki doesn't support it, alongside and other places where mermaid is supported (WYSIWYG content editor, markdown files in repository etc.)
