Show full version info in help menu

In security advisories (much appreciated!) you're referencing versions with three numbers, e.g. in today's email

Today we are releasing versions 15.6.1, 15.5.5, 15.4.6 for GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE).

However, when I open the help menu with my GitLab instance, it says My GitLab Version is "15.6", but I can't tell from this whether it's 15.6.0 (if that even exists) or 15.6.1. Opening the menu again after a little while, it has apparently checked for updates and found that I'm on the latest version (using docker + watchtower), and a green "up to date" badge is added.

Please consider using the same specificity on this version info as you're using in the emails communicating released versions so it's easy to manually verify that the latest version is indeed installed.
