Do not translate developer-only messages

Description

We shouldn't translate developer facing logs and errors so that these can be consistently searched for. Unfortunately, it looks like our eslint rule will treat anything like this as a false positive. Is there a good way we could tweak the rule to accept these kind of messages without strictly ignoring them. 🤔
