Bring the content in the SAML Omniauth Provider documentation in line with best practice.

Proposal

• Makes the language more active, especially the headings.
• Simplifies the language and shortens sentences where appropriate.
• Clarifies some information in the glossary.
• Makes terminology more consistent.
• Applies the correct formatting to lists.
• Using bold rather than italics for emphasis.
