Support sort of Sentry error list by first seen, last seen or frequency in asc/desc order

Sort of Sentry error list page is implemented without ability to change sort order - desc/asc. The default sort order in Sentry is desc and API doesn't support otherwise. Unless Sentry API starts supporting asc/desc sort adding the ability to change sort order on GitLab side might be slow and complex.
