Advanced Search only within my namespace

Proposal
Customers are finding that when they use the Advanced Search in their GitLab SaaS subscription, results returned include items from outside of their namespace which causes distraction and confusion over what results are returned. When they capture what it is they want to search for, it appears to show results from all of gitlab.com instead of just from their namespace. Is there an ability to restrict their advanced searches to just their namespace, without seeing everything that's in gitlab.com?
In the sample screenshot below, it is returning results for issues in the gitlab.com project, other groups, and other items not relevant to their namespace.
