Master broken for Gitaly update jobs due to `no space left on device`

Summary

The "Update Gitaly version" MRs are consistently broken due to "no space left on device" errors:

FATAL: write /builds/gitlab-org/gitlab/query_recorder/rspec-ee-unit-pg12-single-db-2-18.ndjson: no space left on device

Steps to reproduce

I have no way to reproduce this locally, but reproducing this in the context of CI seems to only involve updating the GITALY_SERVER_VERSION.
