Merge requests with fast-forward : propose a merge in addition to rebase

At the moment, when you are working on a merge request with fast-forward configured in the merge request settings, you have the following UI

However, it could be very useful to have a "merge" button because this way you are not rewriting all the commits

This is not a problem to merge instead of rebase, in particular if you have squash commits
