DORA charts - Add last 180 day to the date picker
Release notes
Improve the visibility into the historical trends of the DORA metrics with a new 180-day performance view.
Problem
DORA charts today have a default date range of "Last week" and a maximum range of "Last 90 days".
As software leaders try to understand what the overtime performance for the quarter was, these dates reveal little and hide valuable insights.
Related to the Exec Dashboard and base on this feedback.

Proposal
- Change the default date range to Last 90 days.
- Add to the date picker another date range - Last 180 days (DORA data is to 180 days).
- These changes need to be made to all four DORA charts:
