Project API: Offset based pagination response time jumps at about 200 pages

Offset based pagination runtimes seem to consistently jump at about 200 pages (so about an offset of 2,000). This has been the case in both test runs conducted in the original issue.

It might be interesting to understand why this happens. Is the query plan changing at this point?
