Wiki enhancement - add expand/collapse button in side bar

Problem to solve

The current wiki table of contents in sidebar is not able to expand/collapse the parent/child pages. This is not convenient for large project Wikis.

Proposal

Add expand/collapse button in front of the page name in the sidebar
