Upload runner job logs to CloudWatch

Problem to solve
Runner job logs stored on S3 together with artifacts are hard to parse, analyze and alert. There is no way to look for a specific log message over some period of time.
AWS CloudWatch offers great tools to analyse log files and get many useful information out of them. Would it be possible to sent job logs to S3 and CloudWatch?
