Filter error tracking list by time window

Problem to solve

The current error tracking list doesn't allow you to filter by date. Sometimes, it is helpful to drilldown errors that took place in a recent time interval (24 hours, 7 days ago..etc)

Proposal

I propose we start with something simple to allow users to toggle some fixed time window options and see how often that feature gets used before implementing custom time windows
