Implement dropdown for primary email change

Problem to solve
It's currently possible to inadvertently hand over control of your GitLab account to a third party, by mistyping the email address in the user's profile settings.
After having done the change, it's not immediately clear how to undo the mistake. The previous primary email address is sent a notification that the address was changed:

The field in the user's profile only provides an option to resend the confirmation email, not to cancel the process:
Proposal
In the User Profile page (https://gitlab.com/-/profile), implement a dropdown field of already confirmed addresses as the "Email" field.
