Missing anchor link destination for developing in your own fork with GTK.

Under https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/contributing/#contribution-flow in point one it suggests using GTK to develop against your own fork, but the provided link anchor appears to no longer exist: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit/-/blob/main/doc/index.md#develop-in-your-own-gitlab-fork. I tried searching in the related repo also, but didn't find an obvious new location that it should point to instead. I'm still very new to using gitlab though, so apologies if I overlooked it.
