Include the global Help menu links as exposed links on the Help page

Details

When viewing the Help page, we should display the left sidebar containing the other links available form the Help menu. This provides easier access to other help resources while also maintaining access to the rest of the global navigation.

When viewing the Help page...

• The title for the context switcher should read "Help center"
• The icon for the context switcher should be the question-o icon.
• Display the left sidebar with links containing the other items from the Help menu (with the exception of items that perform on-page actions – i.e. "Keyboard shortcuts" & "What's new") along with a heading of "Resource links"
• Remove the "Quick help" table that is in the main page content of the Help page since this will be duplicative of options we will have in the sidebar (see this image)
• Add buttons for "Keyboard shortcuts" and "What's new" in the top right corner of the main page (inline with breadcrumbs)
