Summary

Searching for a project from https://gitlab.com/dashboard/merge_requests does not return the correct project

Steps to reproduce

• Visit https://gitlab.com/dashboard/merge_requests
• In the "New merge request in $project-name" field, enter "gitlab.org / gitlab"
• Result does not include https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab
