Pipeline page with failed jobs in a browser tab leaks memory and crashes user's computer

Steps to reproduce

• Go to pipelines https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/pipelines/
• Find a pipeline with failed jobs
• Leave the tab open for 4 hours

Environment

Tested on Chrome and Firefox lates on Ubuntu Linux 18.04
