E2E testing setup for importers

Implement a separate orchestrated scenario type that would support proper e2e testing of importers.

Setup should be able to boot in addition to main gitlab instance, following containers:

• second gitlab instance for proper testing of gitlab migration
• a mock service container to act as any other third party platform for other importer testing
