Change checkbox placement in Artifacts stacked view

Details

When making the artifacts page window smaller, the table stacks as expected but the checkbox is oddly placed.

Proposal

• Change how we present the checkbox in stacked list. Right align the checkbox and add text checkbox keeping it left aligned.
