Filtering Roadmap by epic returns no results for child epics

Summary

When viewing the epic roadmap from the main navigation (not within an epic) and filtering for a specific epic, if the epic selected is a child of another epic, the roadmap filter returns no results.

Proposal

Filtered results should include all matches regardless of what level the epic is located at.

From this slack thread, the issue is likely related to the code being triggered in the group roadmap view when it shouldn't be.
