Signature Removal is partially broken for service-desk issues created via email.
It works fine for replies to issues, but not for the initial issue creation email:
As you can see here, the signature is not embedded in a `details' block in the issue description.
Steps to reproduce
Send an email to your service-desk email to create an email, use plaintext mail and include signature below -- line.
