GitLab Migration - Incorrect user mapped to project MR/issues

I was doing a test GitLab Migration from my gdk instance to production and noticed that some MR/Issues that were assigned/comments by Administrator/root locally on gdk are incorrectly mapped to a wrong user on Production

Investigate why that is, as we should be assigning importer user as author, instead of this user.
