Spike: Hierarchy explorations

Problem

Display work item hierarchy across the UI.

Proposal

This spike is to explore how best to display work item hierarchy. In this spike we will:

• Create high-level guidelines for how and when to show work item hierarchy.
• Identify which display types are needed for upcoming work (OKRs / Requirements)
• Complete lightweight technical and user validation
