Missing "Rollback Environment" Button since last update to 15.5.1

Summary

We are use the Rollback/Redeploy Function in the Deployments::Environment sections. Since our last release to 15.5.1 we are missing the Rollback/Deploy Buttons for the last deployments.

Steps to reproduce

Simply visit the Deployments::Environment part in your project where environments are set up.

What is the current bug behavior?

Currently it looks so

What is the expected correct behavior?

We are missing the Redeploy Actions

Results of GitLab environment info

We run a self-hosted Version of gitlab-ce with the latest version of 15.5.1. I'm running the redeploys with my admin rights.
