Follow-up from "Update recommended base AWS instance to reflect current and more cost effective m5 EC2 instance"

This discussion relates to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/blob/master/doc/install/aws/index.md#choose-an-instance-type, and whether or not we should be making recommendations for specific hardware choices on AWS. As mentioned, perhaps we should simply point to the hardware requirements, and not point out any specific product/option as that is likely to change in the future.

The following discussion from !21020 (merged) should be addressed:

Every time the Hardware Requirements doc changes or AWS updates it's hardware that will automatically put the AWS install recommendation out of sync.

Why don't we just point the customer to the Hardware Requirements page and let them choose.

I'd also question whether we need Cx over Mx or even Tx type hardware, depending on the customers demands.
