Investigate Geo testbed failures

In https://gitlab.slack.com/files/U06D8A8TG/F7KVAT77S/pasted_image_at_2017_10_19_09_34_am.png, we see that there are a high number of LFS objects and attachments that were not synched for some reason.

We may need to do a consistency on the primary to make sure the database reflects what's on the filesystem.
