Exec Dashboards: Remove "Dashboards" menu item

Problem

The dashboards menu item was introduced in !98767 (diffs), but we only want users with the URL to be able to browse to the feature.

The feature is available @ https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/analytics/dashboards

Solution

Remove the menu item
