Can't connect jira cloud to gitlab.com

Summary

Setting up the integration between Jira cloud and gitlab.com fails at the "link namespace" step.

Steps to reproduce

Just follow the documentation. At the "Link namespace step", clinking on "Link" doesn't do anything other than show a loader for ~1sec
