Notice to the shared group's owners that "you have been shared into Project 'project name' by 'user'"

Problem

Today we have no way of notifying the owner of an invited/shared group that their group has been shared into another project.

Proposal

Create a notification for the owner of a group to tell them that their group has been shared: "Your group group name has been shared into project project name by user"
