Redraw iteration cadence burndown/burnup charts and summary metrics based on issue label filter

Proposal

The Iteration Cadence page shows burndown/burnup charts, summary completed/incomplete/unstarted metrics and related issues. You can apply a label filter to the issue list but the charts and metrics remain unchanged, showing details for all associated issues.

This issue proposes redrawing the charts and metrics based on the filtered set of issues. This behavior could be automatic or it could be triggered via a checkbox on the page offering the option to keep the current behavior if desired.

This feature was requested by an Ultimate customer in ZD internal link as a way to facilitate viewing an iteration's weights by team, where teams are associated to issues via scoped labels.
