Merge blocked by a draft Merge Request; icon should be changed from red to gray.

After recent design changes to the merge request page, now the icon next to "Merge blocked" is red.

In my opinion, red means bad. But the icon is also red when the merge is blocked due to it being a draft Merge Request.

The red catches me off guard every time I open a draft merge request, thinking something is wrong about it (maybe a build failed).

I think gray is a much better design: (through DevTools adjusted)
