Exec Dashboards PoC: Add icons for trends to the comparative table MVC

Overview

Once Exec Dashboards: New page frontend POC with "Me... (#373006 - closed) is completed, we need to add the missing MVC features to the Exec Dashboards PoC.

Proposal

1. In the case of a negative change, there will be a negative_icon near the % value.
2. In the case of a negative change, the % value and icon will be red.
3. In the case of a positive change, there will be a positive_icon near the % value.
4. In the case of a positive change, the % value and icon will be green.
5. In the case of no change show 0% with no trend icon
6. In the case of no data available stick to -
