Update marginalia to 1.11.1

We have marginalia locked on 1.10.0. The authors started testing with Ruby 3.0 starting 1.11.0 (the latest is 1.11.1): https://github.com/basecamp/marginalia/commit/8c89d7b2cfa0eff095b699ea023de2a6447950af

I suggest bumping the version to stay relevant and have the version which is tested under Ruby 3.
