Hook validation warning

• I have a file called "sample.rb"
• I have some validation in the hook.
• While I try to upload the sample.rb file I got an empty alert box for GL-HOOK-ERR. So I try to debug it. I inspect the element page
• I access the console and I got the following error

• So can you please help me to solve this.
