Instance Level Audit Event Enhancement for Block and Ban Events

Proposal

When the following event occurs, we're asking for streaming audit event to log the payload schema defined here:

• User Blocked via Admin API
• User Blocked via UI/Admin Area
• User Unblocked via Admin API
• User Unblocked via UI/Admin Area
• User Banned via Admin API
• User Banned via UI/Admin Area
• User Unbanned via Admin API
• User Unbanned UI/Admin Area

In addition we need the following metadata added to the details field of the payload:

• Username of Impacted User
• User ID of Impacted User
• Admin Note
• Custom Attributes

Streaming-only event or normal event?

We are requesting for these logs to be streaming-only logs.
