Unable to Click and scroll the scroll bar for issue weight and label filters etc
Summary
When filtering issues by criteria, when the list is scrollable, clicking and scrolling does not work. The list is dismissed
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to issues list
- Go to filter by weight with available weights making scroll bar visible
- Attempt to Click the scrollbar and scroll through the weights
Expected behaviour
- Scrollbar scrolls
Actual behaviour
- Weight list is dismissed instead of remaining and scrolling
