Project name error wipes out edited information

When editing a project name in the Settings -> General panel, if new name causes an error, the message Name can contain only letters, digits, emojis, '_', '.', '+', dashes, or spaces. It must start with a letter, digit, emoji, or '_'. is displayed.

However the form is also cleared and reset to the original information. Chances are if you're changing the name, you might also be changing the description. An error in the name wipes out any changes that were made, losing the data the user was typing in.

Suggested action:

Do not reset the fields on the form. Allow the user to make any necessary changes to the data they have typed in.
