Alerts not visible

Summary

In the new layout, alerts are not visible anymore

Steps to reproduce

Have an alert (for example: Your Enterprise Edition license will expire in 10 days.), and look at the bottom few pixels sticking from under the top menu. The text is not readable, and it is not even clear that there is any text (unless on mobile, where "the bottom half of the word "days" is readable.
