Wrong behavior of labels on the issue board

Summary

Initially, I reported to the UX channel regarding the height inconsistency of labels.

However, @gtsiolis pointed out that there are two issues here:

  • Label's font weight on boards changes on small viewports.
  • Scoped labels affect label height on boards.
