Resolve linting false positives
This issue is related to a conversation on merge request !98884 (merged). @marcel.amirault requested that I tag him and @aqualls.
This issue lists all the false positives for the "Admin" rule when running the Vale linter. Merge request !99854 (merged) resolves true positives for "Admin" rule.
If you are a community contributor, do not work on the issue if it is not assigned to you yet.
