What is the current bug behavior?

Text overlays a button

What is the expected correct behavior?

Text should not overlay the button, something like this:

This bug happens on GitLab.com, in Chrome 61, on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6, browser width higher than 1200px

Possible fixes

Unclear, but certainly a CSS layout bug. I looked through the profile.scss and it's higher in the cascade than that, so this may need to be a fix only for this instance. Not familiar enough to know.
