does toolbox support point-in-time restore

Hi there,

https://docs.gitlab.com/charts/backup-restore/ I was able to follow this doc and perform backup and restore for the whole system. However, is there an option to perform a single Point-in-Time restore? A useful scenario would be someone accidentally deletes a project and needs to restore it.
