Log project URL when start project and bulk import

We've had security issues in the past (most recent example is #372165 (closed) - still confidential as I write this issue) where the incident response job was made harder by not having an easy way to find the imported project URL in the logs. It would be great if the import jobs logged that information for bulk import and any importer.
