Automate manual set up steps in Jira for GitLab integration

Problem

We will soon be releasing an officially supported version of Jira for GitLab self-managed. Previously, self-managed customers needed to use a workaround to use Jira for GitLab.

The new, marketplace version will be a much easier set up than the workaround. However, there are still some quite lengthy steps that the user needs to follow:

• set up detailed in 10:18 - 13:23 of this video

As the steps are complex, it would be great if we could simply do them on the user's behalf in the background. That way the user does not have much chance of failure or confusion.

Proposal

Automate the steps in the background without the user's input, e.g.

1. User begins set up	2. User enters instance URL	3. User logs in	4. (steps happen in the background)	5. Integration set up
			no image
