Skeleton loading roadmap

Problem

When we have a lot of epics to load into the roadmap we will have a need for skeleton loading to make this a better user experience.

Proposal

The view will initially load with "today" in the middle, which means that the timeline can be rendered fast. We can then show skeleton loaded epics, until the real epics are loaded.
