  I'm not terribly familiar with the component under test, and this is by no means a blocker, but is there any way we can use find with any child components in Assignee?

Improve isolation in spec/frontend/sidebar/assignees_spec.js. This spec is testing some of its underlying components behaviors, we should review these tests to make sure they are properly isolated and scoped to the Assignee only.
