Include merge request discussions in merge request list export

This is a proposal to include exporting of merge requests discussions/comments as well as part of exporting merge requests to csv. The current attributes of csv doesn't include discussions attribute. It would be helpful to include the discussions attribute from both assignee side and author side in upcoming/later versions of gitlab
