Creating a new issue on a failed job results in a 404 link on the issue being created

Summary

When creating a new issue using the "New issue" on a failed job the resulting link back to the job on the issue being created throws a 404 error

Steps to reproduce

  • Open a failed job
  • Click on "New issue" button next to "Retry" button in top right corner
  • Open created issue
  • The link back to the job throws a 404 error
